What I like most about my work is the employment and capacity building opportunities we create within Progressus. Each new project provides a chance to employ people some who are well qualified but could not find employment anywhere. We get the opportunity to train them and provide them with solid work experience. Interviewers often work for us on 3 or 4 projects and then based on their experience and new knowledge find permanent employment. More rewarding than anything is bumping into old fieldworkers learning about their success, knowing that the learner has surpassed its master, I love South Africa and I love working here.
